每年一度的生命接力募捐活动将于五月十八下午至十九日早上在艾克屯 NARA 公园举行。参加者从晚到早日以继夜在公园内接力行走进行募捐。届时还将有音乐会等其他活动。欢迎大家积极参与。详情见下：

     There are family activities for all at this year’s American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Acton-Boxborough taking place Saturday and Sunday, May 18-19 at NARA Park, 25 Ledge Rock Road,  Acton.

     On Saturday, May 18 at 3 p.m., participants and spectators can enjoy live music from several local bands and a DJ. At 9 p.m.  the Luminaria Ceremony of Hope, will occur. As darkness falls, the night is brightened by the glow of illuminated bags called luminaria, each of which carry a special sentiment. These  performances and activities are at no charge, however, donations to the Relay For Life are welcome. It is not necessary to be a participant of the Relay For Life to attend.

     The Relay For Life is a  community overnight event that allows individuals from all walks of life to join together in the fight against cancer. The event raises cancer awareness and funds for research, education, advocacy, and local patient service programs while serving as a way to remember loved ones, inspire others, and celebrate life.
